To join our team of elite professional coaches, you must have a distinguished riding pedigree such as Police Class 1 motorcycle qualification, equivalent emergency services or surveillance riding qualifications, or be an experienced racer.
But it takes much more than this to meet the demanding Rapid standard. You must share our deep passion for riding and our commitment to the intense continuous development required to maintain our world class coaching capability. You will also need to achieve our coaching qualification which includes industry leading theory, coaching skills and track training.
Being the best is never easy but for those with the drive to meet our standards, the rewards are plentiful.
