Full Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Rapid Training Ltd, Scottsdale House. 10-31 Springfield Ave, Harrogate HG1 2HR.

2. Eligibility

This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees, contractors, agents or representatives of Rapid Training Ltd, MCN, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. Opening and closing dates

The prize draw opens on 12th August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 December 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to enter

To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form on the Rapid Training website at www.rapidtraining.co.uk/MCNcompetition2026. Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated, bulk, third-party or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

6. The prizes

There are three prizes available: 1st Prize: One full Rapid Training BIKEMASTER® course, valued at £3,775. 2nd Prize: One Rapid Training ROADMASTER® Level 1 course, valued at £985. 3rd Prize: £300 of Rapid Training gift vouchers, redeemable against any Rapid Training course or Rapid branded merchandise. The prizes are subject to course availability, location availability, rider suitability and Rapid Training’s standard course terms. Travel, accommodation, insurance, motorcycle hire, fuel, protective clothing and any other expenses are not included unless expressly stated.

7. Rider requirements

Where a prize includes participation in a Rapid Training course, the winner must hold a valid motorcycle licence suitable for the course, have access to a roadworthy and legally compliant motorcycle where required, and wear appropriate protective riding equipment. Rapid Training reserves the right to refuse participation where safety, licencing, insurance or suitability requirements are not met.

8. Gift voucher validity

The £300 gift voucher prize will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers have no cash alternative, are non-transferable unless agreed by Rapid Training, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Winner selection

The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place on or before 14 January 2027.

10. Winner notification

The winners will be contacted using the contact details supplied at entry within 14 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, is ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, Rapid Training reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

11. Prize substitution

Rapid Training reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

12. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Rapid Training may publish or make available information indicating that a valid award took place, such as the winner’s surname and county, unless the winner objects or requests reduced publication. In addition, MCN would like to monitor and report on the training progress of the winners for future issues as long as the winners agree.

13. Data protection and marketing

Personal data supplied by entrants will be used by Rapid Training Ltd to administer the prize draw, validate entries, select and contact the winners, award the prizes and comply with any legal or regulatory requirements relating to the promotion. Entrants may also choose to receive Rapid Training news, course information, offers and updates by email. Where an entrant gives consent to receive marketing communications, their details will be added to the Rapid Training email newsletter list. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting Rapid Training. Rapid Training may announce information about the winning entrants in its email newsletter, on its website and/or through other marketing channels to confirm that a valid award has taken place. This will ordinarily be limited to the winner’s surname and county, unless the winner has agreed to further publicity. Winners will be given the opportunity to object to, or request a reduction in, the information published. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Rapid Training’s Privacy Policy.

14. Liability

Rapid Training will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted or not received due to technical, network or other failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Disqualification

Rapid Training reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, in breach of these terms, or otherwise unfairly submitted.

16. Changes or cancellation

Rapid Training reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.

17. Trade marks

BIKEMASTER®, ROADMASTER® and TRACKMASTER® are registered trade marks of Rapid Training Ltd.

18. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19. Acceptance of terms

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
